Rental registrations
Every house is registered with its township as a short-term rental, and we collect Michigan use tax and local assessments on every stay. Registration numbers are available on request.
Safety
Every house has smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit, checked between stays. The well water at two houses is tested every spring.
