What we collect
When you use this site or stay with us we may collect:
Availability requests: name, email, phone, arrival date, nights, guests, house and any notes
Booking details: billing address, the names of adult guests and a payment card through our payment processor
Guest history, so we remember your favorite house and how you like it set up
Basic site analytics such as pages viewed and the type of device used
How we use it
We use your information to answer requests, manage bookings, send your door code and welcome email, send the updates you asked for, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never store full card numbers on our own systems.
Children
Bookings are made by adults 25 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with payment processors, the software we use to manage bookings and email, and the keypad service that sends your door code. Each of them may use it only to provide that service.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies for basic analytics and to remember preferences. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, and we honor these requests for every guest.
